I'll lend you for a little while a child of mine, God said,

MY GRANDCHILD AND I
We are connected my Papa Charlie and I,
by an invisible cord not seen by the eye.
This cord it works right from the start,
it binds us together attached to my heart.
I know it's there though no one can see,
the invisible cord from my Papa to me.
The strength of this cord is hard to describe,
it can't be destroyed, it can't be defied.
It's stronger than any cord that man can create,
it withstands the test and can hold any weight.
And though you can't be here anymore with me,
the cord is still there but no one can see.
It pulls at my heart I am bruised and sore,
but this cord is my lifeline as never before.
I am thankful at least that we can connect in this way,
a Papa and a grandchild they can't take it away.

I like to walk with Grandpa, His steps are short as mine.
He doesn’t say, Now hurry up! He always takes his time. Most people have to hurry,
They do not stop and see. I’m glad that God made Grandpa, unrushed
and young like me.
"Grandpa, grownups don't pay any attention to me."
said little Jimmy.
Grandpa replied, "They don't pay any attention to me
either."
"Grandpa, sometimes grownups make fun of me.

WHEN I LOOK OUT OF MY WINDOW I SEE YOU SHINE
THE BRIGHTEST STAR GLOWING IN THE DARK IS MINE
THE LIGHT OF LOVE IS SO BRIGHT AND SO CLEAR
SO FAR AWAY BUT IT LOOKS SO NEAR
JUST LIKE I COULD REACH OUT AND TOUCH THE BEAUTIFUL LIGHT
THAT SHINES IN THE SKY ON A DARK WINTERS NIGHT
IT RADIATES IT GLORY WITH ITS BEAUTY ALONE
THE MORE THAT I GAZE THE LIGHT SEEMS TO HAVE GROWN
IT IS THE HALO OF LIGHT THAT SURROUNDS EACH STAR ABOVE

I am a tiny angel
I'm smaller than your thumb
I live in peoples pockets
That's where I have my fun
I don't suppose you've seen me
I'm too tiny to detect
Though i'm with you all the time
I doubt we've ever met
Before I was an angel...
I was a fairy in a flower
God himself hand picked me
And gave me angel power
Now god has many angels
That he trains in angel pools
We become his eyes and ears and hands
We become his special tools
And because god is so busy
With way too much to do
He said that my assignment
Is to keep close watch on you
When he tucked me in your pocket
He blessed you with angel care
Then told me to never leave you
And I vowed always to be there

~~ Guardian Angels ~~
When angels sense you need them
and angels always do.....
they come unseen from everywhere
to help and comfort you
they hover close beside you
till all your cares are gone
till they can see you're ready
once again to carry on
Then some of them may fly away
and take their gentle touch
to other hearts that need
the love of angels very much
but one at least stays with you
as your constant friend and guide
for guardian angels never leave
they're always at your side
